The only reason they didn't get 5 stars on the work quality is because on a few of the windows they were supposed to put the longer rods at the top (easier to reach) and the shorter on the bottom, but was reversed. In no way impacts the product. They did offer to reverse but would have meant taking them all the way down. Didn't think that was necessary.
