From the estimate to the install the customer service was excellent. The demand for hurricane panel installs was at a peak due to the recent hurricane however Steve was up front on the date to get us on the calendar. The shutters are quality materials and made for the house not pre-made generic shutters. you really need to ask about the clear panels. We ended up ordering a mixture of accordion and panels as it suited our needs and we were guided through the process with examples and explanations. The installers were professional and knew their stuff. I have already recommended Atlantic Storm Protection to co-worker and wouldn't hesitate to recommend again!
